Translating knowledge into practice often presents considerable challenges which have led to increasing interest in implementation research. In response to this, on 5-16 February 2013, Linköping University will host The Nordic Conference on Implementation of Evidence-Based Practice in Linköping, Sweden. This conference aims to facilitate transdisciplinary research on the implementation of evidence-based practices in health and human services and to support Nordic collaboration within the area of implementation.
