Getting research into policy is of increasing interest to both researchers and policy makers. This seminar from the Deputy Director of the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) will summarise the political and policy context within which this interest in evidence has developed, and it will review what is currently known about effective ways of getting evidence into policy. It will also identify some of the different notions of evidence used by policy makers and researchers, and some of the barriers to getting evidence into policy.

The seminar takes place on february 20 at Gordon Square in London, UK.
