NAWIGATOR: Using Data for School and Student Improvement Course is organized by Public Consulting Group (PCG Polska) which provides industry-leading management consulting and technology to help schools and education organizations and local governments achieve
their performance goals and better serve populations in need. The course will be conducted by a team of international trainers / coaches in order to reflect the international character of the topic, solutions offered, and the needs of the participants.
Effective use of data can provide school leaders with valuable insights for making strategic decisions about school performance that ultimately result in improved student outcomes. PCG Polska introduce an outcome oriented approach that uses data-driven decision making based on external exams’ data, educational value added data, internal and external evaluation data, as well as any other data that help to effectively diagnose supportive and restraining factors of students’ progress. The training program has been prepared in cooperation with evaluation experts, school heads, external examination boards, and organizations that support schools in data-based problem solving.
