UK Minister calls for more government policy to be based on research

David Willetts, Minister of State for Universities and Science, has written an article for Society Central encouraging policy makers to consult research findings before formulating policy. Citing the market leading research undertaken at UK higher education institutions, Willets calls for evidence informed policy to be the key element for decision makers.
