Dr Sharples, Manager of Partnerships at the Institute for Effective Education, University of York, cites examples from the Alliance for Useful Evidence's paper 'Evidence for the Frontline.' The paper recommends measures to empower professionals with evidence in order to better make decisions regarding policy. These measures are split between researchers/intermediaries; practice and policy.
